Be fully prepared to sit the Cambridge First Certificate exam with our Cambridge Preparation of First Certificate of English course. Benefit from expert tuition to develop your English language skills and exam technique for the best chance of success in this internationally-recognised Cambridge examination. During the course, you'll have the opportunity to practise specific skills through various assessment tasks including dictionary work, vocabulary expansion and reading skills, as well as listening, speaking, writing and grammar practice.
For entry, students must have completed and passed General English at an Intermediate level, have an IELTS score of 5.5 or passed an AIPE entry test. Successful candidates will receive a certificate awarded by University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations and AIPE, which is recognised by universities and employers worldwide. Students will also receive a statement of results, which will reflect performance results in each of the five papers.
You will develop real-life language skills through your participation in dynamic, interactive and real-world activities, such as educational field trips, role plays, case studies, projects and presentations. You will study in a culturally diverse classroom environment and learn from expert teachers who are enthusiastic, motivational and supportive professionals with broad experience.
And remember you can also benefit from an optional three hour class per week where you can use the computer laboratory, complete practice tests and benefit from one-to-one teacher support.
On successful completion of the course, students will be eligible to apply for vocational courses or pursue further higher study options.
