Richard Coller
Richard has more than 30 years experience working in various senior corporate roles. He has been lecturing in marketing and management for the past 15 years. He's had a solid, recognised and successful corporate career in senior marketing roles including strategic marketing management, brand management and development, marketing communication, team leadership and change management that has added value and real results to several high profile organisations such as Colonial First State Property Management, Stockland, Jones Lang LaSalle, Westfield Limited and McDonalds. He loves soccer, surfing, golf, reading, history, gardening and coaching sport!
Nikolaus Beattie
Nikolaus has worked for eighteen years in a variety of management positions across the finance, security, trade union, defence and non-profit sectors. He has excellent communication skills and is a valuable team member.
Peter Fernando
Peter has a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management from Griffith University, a Bachelor Degree in Business Hotel Management from La Trobe and an Associate Diploma in Business Administration. He has a solid practical understanding of hospitality through numerous positions he's held with leading international hotel chains including the Swiss Grand, Hilton Sydney and Hilton Dubai. Peter has a strong interest in travelling and meeting people from different backgrounds. As such he has lived and studied in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Victoria, Queensland and of course Sydney. Prior to working at AIPE, Peter taught at the Meridian Hotel School. We're thrilled to have Peter on our team.
Francesca Caflisch
Francesca has a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University. Francesca has a broad and varied career path working for such companies such as David R Salter Property Consultants, Austen & Butta, IBM as a Business Analyst, Compass Research and Epson as a Research Manager and is currently the Owner and General Manager of Intrinsic Sports. Prior to working at AIPE, Francesca worked at the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE. It's great to have someone with Francesca's depth and experience on our team.
Glashie Qudsia
Glashie is currently pursuing her MBA through Gibran Institute. Her other qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Management, Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and MS in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Prior to working at AIPE, Glashie taught at Sterling College and the Australian Pacific College. Glashie is passionate about reading, music, playing classical guitar and tennis. We're delighted to welcome Glashie to the team.
Masoud Tymouri
Masoud has a Master of Leadership and Management in Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies from the University of Newcastle, a Bachelor of Business from the University of Western Sydney, an Advanced Diploma of Management from the Australian Business Institute, an Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management from Meadowbank TAFE and a Diploma of Business from Ultimo TAFE. His expertise is in the areas of Business, Management, Human Resource Management and Occupational Health and Safety. Prior to teaching at AIPE, Masoud worked at William Blue College. It's great to have Masoud on board.
Stephen Mucha
Stephen has a Masters of Management from Macquarie University and a Diploma of Business Management from Macquarie University. Stephen also trained as a Marine Engineer and a Master Mariner at the Tasmanian College of Advanced Education. Stephen has held a variety of jobs through his working life including positions with American Hospital Supplies, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, BDF Pharmaceuticals Australia, Drake International, Sheridan Textiles, Gummerson Fabrics, AH Beard and Esco Industries. Stephen lists his greatest personal achievement as riding a motorbike from England to Australia via Asia. When not teaching at AIPE, Stephen also works at the Australian Nationwide College and Maxis Solutions.
Donar Rochmilijar
Donar is currently undertaking his Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Newcastle. His previous degrees include a Master of Management Studies in Technology Management from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Business Administration in International Human Resources from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Universitas Krisnadwipayana. Donar has over 20 years experience in business specialising in dealing with business motivation, training resources and project management. He has worked with Phoenix Worldwide, Budget Rental Service and C & C Personals. Prior to teaching at AIPE, Donar worked at the Christian University of Indonesia, Lloyds International College and Bridge Business College. We're thrilled to have someone of Donar's experience on our team.
Eddy Widjaja
Eddy has a Master of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Social & Political Sciences from the University of Indonesia and various Certificates in Education. Over the past twenty years, Eddy has worked in a variety of business related positions across the Asia-Pacific Region focusing on business management, marketing management, business process and brand building. He has worked for Cochlear, Blackmores, Avery Dennison Corporation and Campbell Arnott's. Eddy also teaches at the University of Western Sydney and with the Think Education. We welcome Eddy on board at AIPE.
Ranajit Bhuiyan
Ranajit has a Bachelor of Business, Advanced Diploma of Accounting, a Diploma of Business Administration and a CPA qualification. Ranajit sees his job has helping his students to take the first step in the real world.
